In the era of AI, Big Tech and the capitalist ideal of perpetual growth, it's tough to stand out without feeling like you're selling out. But what if you already possess a tool that can never be replicated? Your own voice. This interactive workshop explores authenticity in today's digital landscape and empowers artists with practical writing skills and communications strategies to find their voice, take charge of their narrative, and cultivate community online.
This is an in-person workshop. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided. Feel free to bring in a notebook and your favourite pen! Some will be provided if needed.
About Steph Traina
Steph Traina (they/she) is an author, editor and professional writer based out of Toronto who specializes in creative nonfiction and storytelling. They hold degrees from the University of Toronto in Neuropsychology and Professional Writing and Communications. Their debut book, The Long Walk Home, was published in 2018 by Life Rattle Press.
